Ongoing Sessions:
Our work evolves together. You’ll gain tools, insights, and support to face challenges with confidence and progress toward mental and emotional balance.

Can sessions be remote?

Yes—telehealth is all I do. Whether you're local or distant, we can work together from a place that feels safe and comfortable for you.
